[EP Release]

This is a compilation of songs relating to mental health. Each track was written and (mostly) recorded after I had a psychotic or depressive episode. They were recorded quite some time apart from each other so theres a bit of a change in sound and style throughout.

Picture was taken inside the abandoned Hartwood Mental Hospital.
